My AGT S21 Ranking: Auditions 3

We're now at week 3 of the auditions this season, and tonight was another brilliant episode, filled with a great amount of variety, and we got to see Mel press her first Golden Buzzer this season, who I think may be one of my favourite singers so far this season. With that, here is my ranking for Week 3 auditions, and like always I'll share my thoughts on the episode as a whole, and who I think the contenders are.

10. Akira - (6/10)

It's always the Japanese acts that always come up with the wackiest ideas don't they? The whole act was literally bonkers the whole way through but at the same time it was weirdly entertaining.

9. Infinite Spin

I definitely admire what they do, especially with all the fire & danger, but the choreography wasn't great unfortunately. But what I did like was how cool it was visually watching as I find acts that include fire weirdly cool. So props to them.

8. Sprice Machines - (8/10)

The amount of work that was put into this absolutely payed off. It was just so cool to watch and I loved all the different elements that was happening like the hot dogs, the judges being models, and the whole act itself was really fascinating to watch.

7. LaRussell - (9/10)

He definitely brought the community together with this audition. Ot was just so uplifting from start to finish, the song was brilliant, and you can tell he is all about bringing people together in such a positive way which is what the show is all about. And the fact there was so much going on at the same time, made it even better.

6. Betty Dumitru - (9/10)

She has such a beautiful tone to her voice. And what I loved most about this, is you can tell she was genuinely nervous, but once she took off, she was in a league of her own. And the way she sang that song was just immaculate. If she can build her confidence as the show goes along, I think she can be one of the acts that could surprise us.

5. Guy Kelton Jones - (10/10)

Normally I'm not the biggest fan of poetry, but this guy has made me love it! The poem itself was absolutely beautiful, but not only that, his singing voice is absolutely INSANE! Which made him really stand out in terms of blending singing and poetry into one act, and you can tell everything was straight from the heart! Absolutely brilliant

4. Cris Sosa - (10/10)

From the moment he stepped on stage, he just had this presence about him. The whole routine was absolutely hilarious, the material was well written, and I was just left belly laughing the whole way through,"I couldn't even tell you". I definitely think he has what it takes to make it all the way.

3. Young & Strange - (10/10)

These guys already deserve a show in Vegas! The whole trick was so unique, the way they blended a bit of comedy into it made it very "themselves" but the whole time I was left on the edge of my seat especially when the sticks were going into the box! Definitely one of the most unique magic acts this season and I can't wait to see what they do next

2. Come Here - (10/10)

They have just set the bar high for the dance groups this season as this was phenomenal! The choreography from them was so perfectly in sync, the music was great, and the group itself really reminded me of Avantgardy from Season 18. Everything about this audition was an absolute masterclass!

1. Issac Atkins - (10/10)

Already this guys is easily my favourite singer so far this season! Not only does he have an absolutely brilliant voice, but it was also so unexpected at the same time, and who doesn't love a man in the army? In all seriousness, I thought he was just fantastic and a well deserved Golden Buzzer in my eyes.

Overall I thought it was another strong episode. Issac is definitely my favourite singer this season who I'm definitely rooting for to go along way, and other acts like Guy, Come Here, & Cris I can also see being potential finalists. Also I'm definitely rallying behind Young & Strange as I just think they are a breath of fresh air. That's my ranking and thoughts of this week, and I'd love to hear what you thought of tonight's episode too.
